Your Voice Matters - Free Teleconference 3/27

To explore this issue of "Your Voice Matters" more, I’ve scheduled a free teleseminar for March 27th at 1pm EST – 18:00 GMT. Please note that the original date was March 20. The date has been rescheduled, pushed back a week.

We'll explore:

1) How we can exercise our self-esteem by being honest with others and with ourselves.

2) How to become the midwives of our own inner transformation.

What changes are you in the midst of?
Where are your biggest challenges to show up for yourself?

Leave a response below. I will use your responses to build the content for the conference call.

I will also be composing special live music for whoever will be on the call.

Sign up for to receive call in details.

Yearning for Authenticity

There is something immensely important related to experiencing the yearning to give voice to what is inside your heart. Connect to your yearning and you've connected to the seed of your authenticity.

The purpose of the Authentic Voice course is to help people connect to their inner yearning and to provide a space for them to express their authenticity in a safe and connected way. The course starts on June 7. Find out about it here.

World's Oldest Rattle

This is a photo of an ancient rattle found in Galilee. Many types of percussive rattles were found in abundance in home altars in Galilee.

How were they used? Perhaps these rattles were used by the ancient Hebrews to shake up and loosen blocks to flow. It was a form of waking up energy. Perhaps the women used them to reduce anxiety and fear. Perhaps the percussion was used to wake up energy as well as to quiet it.

When energy is static, it gets stuck. We hold onto it and this creates stress.

When rhythm is played consciously, it can help increase more focus, as well as balance polarities in the body. You can hear this in the ancient hebrew vocal meditation.
